Full refund request upon flight cancelled by your airline

Attached: · Your 4 flight cancellations from 27/6/2024 · 4 eTickets Dear Madam, Dear Sir, An April 12, 2024 I booked at Cyrpus Airways flight CY623 from Brussels to Larnaca on August 09, 2024. On June 27 your company informed that this flight has been cancelled without any offer to re-accommodate. In line with EU law I insist on full refund. Until now no refund was received and no information provided form your side about how and when this refund will be done. As your call center is not answering phone calls and your website “My booking” is still under maintenance, thanks to IMMEDIATELY issue full refund for all 4 passengers on booking reference R9PVT8 for total amount of €1602,88 to the original credit card by which it was paid (Mastercard 5468XXXXXXXX7567, some numbers X-ed for security purpose) Our first refund request is now left unanswered since June 27, 2024. Thanks to react immediately with full refund for your cancelled flight.
