Not provided the equipment ordered and suspicion of fraud

Dear,On 14th May 2023, Sanijart Bv sent me an offer (Offferte 2023/Q/011) todeliver and install a Hybrid Heatpump at my home. Against an invoice(Factuur 2023/015) of an amount of 4125 euros as the advance to buy theheatpump, I paid Sanijart the advance of 4125 euros by bank transfer. Thecontractor since then has been unable to go ahead with the installation aspromised and eventually agreed to repay the advance payment. Unfortunatelysince a few months now, the contractor is ignoring my calls and request torefund. I urgently need the money refunded to my bank account so that I canproceed with an alternative heatpump installer for my home. Meanwhile I approached MELDPUNT and despite confirmation of MELDPUNT regarding my right to receive the refund and attempts to get the installer to refund me, there has been no refund. As per advise from Meldpunt Consumer Ombudsman I am seeking help from Testaankoop to help recover my money.
