Terugvinden verloren bagage en terugbetaling kosten ter compensatie van verloren bagage.

This concerned flights OS810 and 0S353. Upon arrival at my destination, our baggage (4 pieces) was missing. At Brussels Airport, I immediately submitted a PIR form with number BRU-OS11789/31JUL22/1601GMT.We have been missing our baggage for 18 days now.I have been sending e-mails every day. None of these e-mails were answered by a real person. I tried different telephone numbers, but no-one ever picked up the phone.We incurred expenses due to the delay in receiving our baggage, which were not compensated by your airline: these expenses include underwear, clothes (T-shirts, socks), toiletries and shoes. According to the Montreal Treaty, we are entitled to compensation for these expenses and you have an obligation to pay such compensation.I herewith request you to remit € 1067,7 within 14 days to my account number ..., account holder ... with payment reference ‘Expense claim delayed baggage’. Furthermore, we expect you to do your utmost to find our baggage. If you do not find the items within 21 days, I hold you liable for the loss incurred.If my request does not result in receiving the above-mentioned compensation, I will consider starting a procedure for minor claims.
