Beste, ik bestelde bij Thomann Duitsland 2 items. Die zouden - volgens de site van UPS - vandaag 8 maart geleverd worden.Tot mijn grote verbazing kreeg ik een mail van UPS dat mijn pakje geleverd werd bij mij thuis om 15:14 uur en dat 'Paul' getekend heeft voor levering.Ik was de hele dag thuis. Er is geen pakje van UPS te zien en ik heb beslist niets ondertekend omdat ik niemand van UPS gezien heb.Dit is de zoveelste keer dat UPS problemen veroorzaakt bij leveren. Maar dit is extra gortig omdat de mail pure leugens bevat. De afgelopen vier of vijf keer dat UPS iets bij mij zou leveren zijn er altijd problemen. En de laatste keer, na veel over en weer mailen en drie weken wachten, vond de chauffeur het bovendien nodig mij te vermanen alsof het mijn schuld was. UPS heeft momenteel 88% negatieve beoordelingen op trustpilot en vandaag ben ik er nog maar eens achter gekomen waarom dit zo is. Kunnen we hier iets aan doen?

There is a scan after the supposed delivery showing the package is still with UPS, and there should be a new delivery attempt today. Dear Diana FilipeMinutes after sending you the last mail, my package arrived.Thank you for your help.To be clear:I am not the kind of customer that freaks out because their delivery is a little later than expected. Delays can happen.What irritated me was that it has happened too many times with UPS. What makes me very angry was that the last time, in january, the chauffeur who delivered my package three weeks too late thought it necessary to tell me off for what had happened. That is uncalled for, rude and unprofessional.I don't know exactly what happened this time, but I can imagine.It is not normal that I should spend a whole day waiting for a delivery that UPS picked a date for, receive email with wrong information, or get email on 10 (ten) separate occasion that 'according to our system' I am a liar. That is incompetence on an olympic level. Let me me assure you that I will much sooner cancel any order anywhere if UPS is the delivery firm.UPS has an 88% negative rating on Trustpilot. I say you deserve it.Paul Mennes
