Geachte mevrouw/heer, Op 2-02-2025 heb ik bij u geboekt met boekingsnummer 4948746560: Het gaat om 2 kamers (1x 1 persoons + 1x 2persoons) voor 3 personen in Hotel Ehstandhof in Uderns Oostenrijk. Mijn verblijf was van 5-03-2025 tot en met 8-03-2025. Het bedrag van 885,96€ werd overgeschreven op uw rekening. U bevestigde dat de boeking in orde was. Bij aankomst in het hotel was er maar 1 x 1persoonskamer geboekt. Hotel Estandhof wijzigde de boeking naar een 2persoonskamer voor een verblijf van 2 personen voor een bedrag van 412,80€. We moesten elders een extra boeking maken voor de 3e gast. Ik vraag u daarom om binnen de 5 dagen het bedrag van 473,16 euro op mijn bankrekening te willen betalen.
