Vergoeding vluchtannulatie

Goedendag, We hebben op 12 september 2023 een vlucht willen nemen met Vueling, bij aankomst bleek dat wij niet meer op de vlucht konden omdat ze vol zat, ondanks dat wij tickets voor deze vlucht hebben en zijn we met een latere vlucht nog moeten vertrekken, hiervoor is er een compensatie, die wij graag zouden willen krijgen. Deze is door de medewerkers van Vueling ook bevestigd. De latere vlucht is ook via Mallorca verlopen en iet rechtstreeks, waarna we op de vlucht van Mallorca naar onze eindbestemming ook hebben moeten wachten om te weten of we er uiteindelijk toch bij konden. Uiteindelij is dit gelukt omdat er mensen niet zijn komen opdagenEr zijn al meerdere mails via Aviclaim gestuurd, maar er is nooit een reactie van Vueling geweest. De klacht is via Aviclaim gelopen daar er geen gegevens van Vueling bekend zijn en de procedure via Aviclaim moest lopen.Ik heb u alle informatie bezorgd, maar ik krijg verder geen antwoord meer op mijn vragen. Gelieve het bedrag onmiddelijk terug te betalen en me op de hoogte te houden van het verder verloop van mijn klacht.Bedankt
