Scarlet cost me a lot of income by not providing any help when connecting to my employer's VPN suddenly stopped working. I, a software engineer, am capable enough to determine what the problem is, and where it occurs. First line support was completely useless, had no idea what I was talking about. Just asked if I can 'play a youtube video' and that was the end of it. You would expect they, at the very least, escalate this issue to second line. That did not happen. I logged a ticket myself, to no avail. As long as you can 'play a youtube video', any other problem seems to be not theirs. I filed an official complaint. I filed a complaint against first line support too. I have not heard from them still. Meanwhile I am technically unemployed. I am obligated to work from home, but can not do so without their interference. I waited a week for any help or contact whatsoever. As there seems to be no sign of support I switched to a new provider which will be installed next week. Do not waste your time and money on Scarlet if the existence/quality of your home network determines your income.
