UPS pakket nog steeds niet geleverd

Beste,ik bestelde iets via Apple, ten eerste moest ik al rekkening houden met 10 dagen levertermijn wat anno 2023 al onaanvaardbaar is maar soit, UPS moest dit pakketje vrijdag 22/09 leveren, ik was de hele dag thuis maar niemand gezien of gehoord (wel info notice in brievenbus), maandag 25/09 weer het zelfde verhaal.... ik verander speciaal mijn levering om een bericht achter te laten voor de chauffeur zodat hij mij op mijn gsm kan bellen bij aankomst om zeker te zijn dat ik het pakje ontvang en toch gebeurd dit niet, er wordt niet aan de deur gebeld, niet op de gsm gebeld
