Beste, Daar mijn pakket al sinds 26/04/'24 in het magazijn van UPS Lummen ligt & hier verder geen informatie van kreeg. Heb ik 03/05/'24 met hun betalende klantendienst contact opgenomen, na dit gesprek bleek dat ik een volmacht moest tekenen voordat de duane mijn pakket kon nakijken. Daar ik deze mail niet ontvangen had heb ik van de klantendienst het document doorgestuurd gekregen, deze ingevuld en terug gestuurd naar het e-mail adres. Deze stuurde mij dat dit per pdf moest terug gestuurd worden.. na enkele mails, ben ik tot aan het magazijn in Lummen gereden, dit met de volmacht. Daar heb ik hun verteld dat ik met de mails niet verder geholpen werd en dat ze per direct (en met de volmacht die ik bij had) de toestemming kregen om het na te kijken, dat ik het daarna daar graag direct wilde betalen en meenemen, waarbij ik te horen kreeg dat dit niet mogelijk is.. ik zou het namelijk via mail moeten doorsturen, ik heb hierna ook verteld dat ik dat dan ter plaatsen wilde doen en dat ze het dan in orde konden brengen.. maar dit werd ook geweigerd! Ik moet €500 aan duane-kosten betalen, wat trouwens schandalig is, want dit is 1/3 van de prijs van dit pakket.. maar daar heb ik zelfs niet moeilijk over gedaan, maar dat ik het dan nog steeds niet mee krijg kan in mijn ogen echt niet door de beugel! 04/05/'24 heb ik een event met mijn bedrijf opstaan, waar ik nu zonder deze goederen moet gaan staan. Dit pakket was een express levering, maar door hun fouten moet ik hier nu voor boeten en de schade maar zelf incasseren. Hierbij dien ik een klacht in bij meerdere instanties. Mvg, Sharona

I know they couldn't give it to me straight away, but I was willing to wait. They had my permission on paper, on e-mail and I would have paid it there as well! But thank you for the fast response.

I never ever ever experienced something like this with another company.. well this will be the last time I'll hand this over to you and after my package will arrive, I will never get something through UPS anymore! I am so tired, I will loose a lot of money at the event tomorrow, because I didn't got that e-mail, and after I called went there, I even have to send this e-mail over and over again. Sorry, I am so disappointed. But thank you for your help at least!
