UPS , colis non arrivé et suivi inexistant

mon envoi par UPS d'un colis du 5 août 2023, est arrivé à une mauvaise adresse . Malgré mes nombreux appels à cette entreprise UPS pour modifier cette adresse et les promesse de l'entreprise UPS , de l'envoyer à la bonne adresse mais rien n'avance. Le contact avec un call center à l'étranger ne donne pas de résultats, l'on me demande de formuler une plainte mais le site ne le permet pas. Entretemps un objet d'une valeur certaine est introuvable et n'arrive pas à destination.

Le paquet a encore une fois été livré à la mauvaise adresse à Vianen, contrairement à mes nombreux messages précédents dans lesquels je demandais de le livrer à la bonne adresse à Papendrecht (E-commerce service SMEG , Kattestaart 10, 3355 PP Papendrecht ou à Ijzelstein (voir bon en annexe). Pouvez-vous enfin le faire arriver à la bonne adresses ou me le renvoyer chez moi?

Le service livraison au Pays-Bas nous a informé que finalement a été remis en retour chez l'expéditeur et n'a pas pu etre intercepté.En effet, le point relais initial choisi n'était pas disponible c'est pour cela le colis a été livré dans un autre point relais UPS qui était le suivant PRINT EN INKSTATION VIANENVOORSTRAAT 100VIANEN 4132ATNetherlandsComme il s'agit d'un colis envoyé à la base avec l'option "Livraison relais UPS", il n'a pas pu etre livré chez le destinataire à son domicile.Toutefois, le colis a été retourné sous le nouveau numéro 1Z17T6KGDK17419158. Le chauffeur s'est présenté ce jour le 17/10/2023 chez Mr HERBERT mais il n'a trouvé personne. Merci de votre message. L’information selon laquelle un livreur est passé le 17 octobre est surprenante, car il y avait constamment quelqu’un à la maison. Le livreur doit sonner demain matin, car demain après-midi je ne peux garantir une présence. Merci d’avance
