My name is David Liviu Robert. I have two properties. I want to change type of electricity. At one property I had in the main teller 25A, three phase, delta circuit (230V), and at second property I had in the teller 40A, three phase, delta circuit (230V). I ask Fluvius for each property how much it gonna cost me to change the NET to 40A, three phase, star circuit (400V). They answer that they don't know and they asked me to apply online to receive an offer. I apply and I received an offer for each of them. One was approx. 1.400 euro without BTW - from 25A, 230V to 40A, 400V, and for second one was approx. 1.800 euro without BTW - from 40A, 230V to 40A, 400V. After I saw the prices, I decided to accept just for first property (1.400 euro). Work was done good. I receive the bill for the work, and everything was ok. Now, after everything was done and paid for first offer, I received a second bill on my name, for second offer for 285 euro for study of my case. I think, first of all, clients should get an price to know how much it cost approx their request, and after that they decide if they have money to accept the offer or not! From my point of view, is stealing! I ask how much it cost a service, and they give me a price (it could be 10.000 euro). I said "I don't accept it!" and them they send me a bill of 285 euro (thanks God is not 1.000 euro), for a study. What study? In college? I make a complain to them (in attach the answer) on data 29.08.2025 and their answer was on 09.09.2025 and the answer was that money was for case study. On bill it say that I can contest it just in 14 days and I did it in second day. After I received their answer I send the complain to you to check if is fair how they act. When I apply for offer, it was an mark without I couldn't go forward. It was formulated like "is possible to be a cost for a study", but they didn't say that FOR SURE it gonna be a cost, and they didn't mention how much it gonna be that cost. If they would mentioned from beginning that I should pay 285 euro for an offer, I wouldn't ask it. I make this complain to be analyzed the fact that they emitted the bill with number 0098752274 from 28.08.2025, with value of 285,06 euro, on my name. Check, if is possible to be solved before 26.09.2025 because then is dead-line for payment. If you need more info, please contact me. Thank you!

Fluvius - Intern Betreft: Annulering factuur wegens niet vooraf gecommuniceerde studiekost Beste Test-Aankoop, Wij willen u informeren dat de factuur volledig wordt gecrediteerd. Bij de aanvraag werd een studiekost aangerekend die op dat moment niet vooraf aan de klant werd getoond. Dit was het gevolg van een technische bug in de aanvraagtool. Intussen werd deze bug aangepakt zodat dit in de toekomst niet meer kan voorkomen. Wij erkennen dat de klant hierdoor onvoldoende geïnformeerd werd en hebben daarom beslist om de factuur te annuleren.
