Hello I’m a regular customer who orders every week and always pay for my things. I tried to get money back for two items. The first lady that I spoke to didn’t help me and told me I had to take contact with bpost, wich I did and Bpost told me that this was not how it’s supposed to go. They told me Shein has to take contact and that I already did everything that I had to do by sending the package in the right way. Okay this aside I hoped that the problem would be solved. Then she said I didn’t return the items. Ofcourse I did, I order so much, I pay for so much but I don’t want to pay for stuff that I didn’t keep and returnedA new collegue interfered but also claimed I didn’t return the items, I send him this message:Hallo Martin, can you please check? I send this two items in another box, that is returned the correct way and I recieved my return for the items that were listed on this package number. These two items were in another package than the one she checked, can you please check if these two items were in box GSON8A46M00MFL1, the return number is 323201076000008269335050I accidentally put these two items in the wrong box because I order so mich from you guys and sometimes I return different packages at the same time.Can you please check this? I’m a 100 procent sure the items were inside this box. I’m a frequent customer, I always pay for my stuff but I hope you understand I don’t want to pay for items I didn’t keep. Can you please fix this so I don’t have to escalate this at my law inscurance. Thank you and please check this again because I’m 100 procent sure and she checked the wrong package. PleaseI also sended messages to there social media and they keep saying I didn’t return the items but I did!!!! I order every week and I pau for everything, why would I lie about two items? I refuse to pay for these two items and I really hope they will realise they have to pay me back!! I sended the package back 9 august so this is already taken a month!!! Don’t order on Shein because they will steal your money!!!!
