Dear Neide BickmanOn the 18 of july by email 16.46 and on the 19 of july 15.25 I asked befcr@ups why there was a difference between the offer for the shipment to Austria and the payment by my creditcard.On the 27 of july I received a message from UPS Wroclaw Polska senior administrator Ameli Ticona Cruz asking the full information about the shipment, in reply I have send all the documents on the same day by email 16.13.On the 5 of August by email 15.16 I asked for a reply.On the 21 of August I have send by registered post to UPS Diegem the full file with all appendix.On the 28 of august 16.34 I received from you an email with ref C-0168188390 informing me that you would investigate this case.On the 29 of september by email I have asked you by email 17.57 for an answer.Regards Theo Callaert

I paid by creditcard on the 16 of june 2 times 26,54 euro just like the offer Ups mailed on the 15 of june.But from my creditcard was taken by Ups on the 18/06 1 x 3,63 and on the 21/06 again 3,63 euro and finally on the 23/06 2 x 22,87 and more 132,91 and 135,19 euro.I did not gave permission to take the amounts from my creditcard and certainly not without having the invoices your mailed me in the last days..... this invoices dated 21 june. !!!Regards Theo Callaert,
