Terugbetaling gebeurt niet

Beste, Op 24 juni 2025 heb ik mijn bestelling van een bijkomende batterij geannuleerd op de site van Cowboy. Ik zou na 14 dagen mijn geld teruggestort krijgen volgens de site van Cowboy maar dit is na 5 weken nog steeds niet het geval. Ik vraag de terugbetaling van 547 euro. Groeten, Joke
