On october 1st my leasing for a new car has been approved by Just lease, and I would be contacted shortly to pick up the car. After hundreds of emails and call. I had to rent another car during the period as my car that should be available in a few weeks took 3 months. , On January 11 th, 3 months later, I finally could pick up my car at belcarBelcar delivered me the key of the cars, and for my surprise, and the car stopped working as soon I turned it on. I couldn`t even leave Belcar parking place.They told me that the battery was dead and that they could not do anything about it. I hope Arval don`t find it normal for that to be the first experience that a customer had when picking up their new car.Luckily the battery went off immediately, if it had taken a bit longer it would happen in the middle of the highway. That is even dangerous for me and others! I`ve called Arval assistance, and within 30 minutes someone from Arval came to replace the battery. But how come a car is released to a customer with no inspection at all? I`ve sent them an email to Arval explaining the situation and that the cars might have other issues and better to check it asap.It is being 2 weeks and no reaction. I`ve done the complain via all ways possible, email, phone and web form. the service has been terrible. In the app it still saying that I `ve not picked up the cargo, and not even a invoice to pay for the first month is avaiable.
