firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the unintended delay in coming back to you.
In response to the above-referenced claim, we confirm that a complementary refund of 196.60 EUR has been processed yesterday. Together with the 60 EUR refund as issued on 30 July 2024 the costs occured due to the relocation situation have been settled on behalf of the liable accommodation partner. The customer can access the amounts under the wallet section of their Booking.com account.
For further information on the contractual relation we advise consulting the Customer terms of service.
