I ve bought a macbook pro in the month of july. It was not charging at all. Ive bought several cables, adapters. I contacted the CS, Ive created an account for having a label for the return. I never received any answer from your concern. I ve paid via the Klarna app! As from the bezinning i wanted to return the item but NO REPLY. Then i ve paid to send it back to the main office because that was the only adress i found. I paid 25euros Insurance and Guess what? They returned it Again to me. Now 2 months have passen by and i still didnt received an adress nor from back market nor from Klarna. If this case is not correctly handled i ve have to take further action!
