On september 24th 2023 I`ve send a package to Brazil and paid 145 eur for the internaional courier . Tracking number was CL126788662NL.On september 27th, 3 days later the package has been returned. I`ve contacted Post NL on October 9th asking for a reimburse as I`ve paid for the international transfer and the package has never departed. We have agreed that Post NL would reimburse me in 7 days deducting the amount of 7,95 eur for the local transport that has happened. One month later, I`ve contacted Post NL again and again they promissed to reimburse me in 7 days, but again it didn`t happen. I`ve provided all details and bank account 3 times, not sure what more I can do for the reimburse to be paid
