I had a surgery at the end of September.Following the surgery, I was declared unfit to exercise anymore for a period of 6 months.I received a medical document from the surgeon stating that I am unable to do any sport and basic fit is refusing to acknowledge it. It is a standardized document created by the software of the hospital. When initially contacting them to permanently cancel my subscription, they said to provide them with a medical certificate. There was no mention anywhere about the certificate being under a specific format. The duration of the unfit period is over the remaining time of my basic fit subscription, thus I cannot benefit of the subscription even if I wanted to.
