I make lots of bookings with Vueling between BRU en ALC. Mostly for business reasons and meetings. So I make my choices based on DIRECT flights only and flight HOUR RS!!! Vueling changes their flights and hours all the time… I find this terribly annoying! This always causes damage to me. Only a full refund (or maybe return the complete paid amount sometimes as an everlasting credit) can partly compensate this damage. So it happened in the past! But not this time!!! This refusal is completely illegal! You break our contract from your side! So I absolutely want my money back! Everything! No other solution is acceptable for me! Your so called ‘policy“ to force me to change to another flight and most of the time pay (a lot) extra or lose all my money doesn’t interest me at all! If no positive response in 7 days from your side I will make an official legal claim and I will openly denounce these dubious practices on various travel websites, to the media, to the ministry of economy and to the existing consumer advocacy organisations. However, I hope that your common sense will prevail and that the money to which I am entitled will be refunded in its entirety to my bank account within seven days or returned to the credit card I used to pay for this flight… Thanks in advance!
