Rampzalige ophaling pakket

We hebben een defecte HP laptop, via HP wordt een ticket aangemaakt en wordt de ophaling door UPS geregeld. Ondertussen zijn we meer dan een maand verder en is het pakket nog steeds niet opgehaald. De persoon kan niet werken doordat zijn toestel niet hersteld geraakt. Telkens opnieuw worden leugens als reden van niet ophaling gebruikt, ophaling is aan de receptie van het bedrijf en er heeft zich in meer dan een maand nog niemand van ups aangeboden voor ophaling, zo ook vandaag opnieuw zou het pakket worden opgehaald, om 15u veranderd de status in ophaling mislukt wegens pakket niet klaar een flagrante leugen !, UPS dient zelf label en doos mee te brengen maar nooit iemand van ups gezien . Dit is tergend , bedrijf is niet te bereiken niet per mail niet per telefoon een regelrechte schande !!

This started with a first pickup 12 march. they never came , after complaining with HP they arranged a new pickup, they never came, again I filled a complaint , finally after 4 complaints to HP and filling complaint here, they finally came to pick it up today. After 1 month, this was urgent and one person run out of work . So don’t start to lie with me, ask HP how many times they created a ticket
