helloi ordered Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Plus - Wi-Fi - 256 Go - Beige€1,019.00from bol.com on wednesday 16th august . i was expecting the order to be delivered on 17th august as promised by bol.com but they did not deliver anything. Eventhough, the tracking info shows that order has been delivered to my house, but no one actually came to deliver the order , nor they left any leaflet to be collected from collection pointwhen i am trying to reach bol.com, they are making different excuses and delaying things. they dont seem to be interested in fixing my problem and giving me refund. therefore i am writing it to you to please help me get the full refund i have attached the invoice. i have ordered in the name of my company. thanks a lotShahzad
