My city bicycle was stolen from my parking spot inside my condominium garage on the second floor and 60 m away from the entrance. This parking spot is part of the formal papers of the flat so legally owned by me. The bicycle was secured by two different locks. Both were cut (a still cable and a chain). The chain lock was secured against the wall with a ring screwed to the wall. I believe the bicycle could not have been protected better.The security cameras recorded the thief (there is a formal statement of the theft given to the police)Baloise does not want to cover the theft tho, when the policy was negotiated, I mentioned that bicycles in the garage should be covered and they said that they were.I have everything documented
