Problems cancelling my subscription and payments

Dear, I started a monthly internet subcription at the end of October 2022 with Scarlet. Since then, in my profile online I never had payments available, neither I have received any bill at my place. Now Scarlet is claiming 237 euros. I cannot cancell my subscription or be able to see any receipts. I disconect the router in December, so I haven't use any service/ I didn't consume anything from them. I don't speak French so I cannot communicate by phone, they don't have any email available. The only option left is the contact-form but it doesn't follow up or stays registered anywhere.

Dear,We have taken care of complaint CPTBE01824586-16 with Scarlet reference 50198664.Im afraid that you are referring to the wrong customer number.On customer number50198501 there where never any active products or open invoices.There was how ever an active subscription on customer number 50198664 with several open invoices.We never received a letter form to cease the subscription. We have send several communications that there are open invoices.In the end we ceased the subscription our self and send the case to the incasso.
