Problemen met uitbetaling

Geachte, ik verkocht een aantal artikelen op Vinted. Wel steeds uitbetaald Vermits het om steeds kleine bedragen ging (5€, 12,5 €.... wachtte ik met mijn vraag tot uitbetaling tot ik ongeveer 100 € had. Dit is denk ik 3 maal gebeurt in de loop van verschillende jaren.Nu ineens niet meer. Ik moet een kopie van mijn paspoort, ID of rijbewijs doorsturen. Dat laatste heb ik gedaan maar krijg steeds de melding dat het onleesbaar is Dit ondanks het feit dat het op mijn computer perfect leesbaar is. Ik heb reeds verschillende malen om uitbetalen van mijn tegoed (240,5€) gevraagd maar krijg steeds hetzelfde antwoord: document niet leesbaar. Het is mijn eerste rijbewijs van 1975 maar dit is nog geldig tot 2033. Mijn laatste melding aan hen (het zoveelste) is dat het dokument leesbaar is en dat indien zij niet uitbetalen ik een klacht zal neerleggen. Met dank voor uw aandacht en antwoord.
