Dear,Im referring to the following flights booked on the 6th of march 2020.Concerning the EU regulation 261/2004TG935 Brussels to Bangkok - June 6, 2020TG431 Bangkok to Denpasar - June 7, 2020TG432 Denpasar to Bangkok - June 21, 2020TG934 Bankgkok to Brussels - June 21, 2020These tickets were issued under the following reservation code: WP7LRAThese tichets were issued under the following ticket numbers: 2172332798668 and 2172332798669 under the names Mr. Weyers Jordy and Mrs. Rymen Jana.The total amount of the booked tickets is €1280,58 paid in advance by paypal via the account of Jordy WeyersThe following actions by Thai Airways occurred after the booking of the tickets.March 18, 2020 : First flight change executed by Thai Airways / Flight TG431 date changes from June 7 to June 9 / Flight TG432 date changes from June 21 to June 23.March 26, 2020 : Second flight change executed by Thai Airways / Flight TG935 date changes from June 6 to June 7 / Flight TG 934 date changes from June 22 to June 23.April 20, 2020 : All 4 flights are cancelled by Thai Airways.A Paypal claim is requested by us on April 20, 2020. Our ticket numbers are being asked and given to Thai.On May 2, 2020 Thai Airways offers us 4 options: Extend ticket validity,travel voucher,rebook new flight, or refund for partially used tickets.No full refund of unused tickets of cancelled flights is offered. On May 6, 2020 We asked Thai Airways for a full refund of all unused tickets of cancelled flights. We get No response from Thai Airways. On May 28, 2020 Thai Brussels office gives us the option to ask a full refund, which we chose. At the time of writing this email, we still did not get any refund. We are referring to the EU regulation 261/2004 regarding passenger rights which remains unchanged during the COVID-19 pandemic.The European Regulation (EC) 261/2004 provides for the choice between a refund within 7 days or an alternative flight . The European Regulation (EC) 261/2004 stipulates that the airline must refund tickets in case of cancellation.The European Commission has determined that a voucher may also be offered, but confirms the right of option.I am also referring to the Thai Airways Term and Conditions concerning amendments or cancellations by Thai. The following is stated in your T&C:We are only liable to you for significant changes. A significant change is one that we make to your booking before your departure that affects an essential term of your booking. Accordingly, a significant change is one that involves canceling the booking or a significant part of it or changing:• If we make a significant change then you have a choice. You may, as applicable:- Accept a refund to be credited to your credit card account.We ask again for a full refund of €1280,58 executed as soon as possible.
