Op 4 oktober boekte ik een vliegticket van Brussel naar Bangkok voor mijn vriend. Ik boekte ook een anulatie verzekering bij hen. 2 dagen voor de vlucht moest mijn vriend echter in quarantaine en hebben we de vlucht geannuleerd. We hebben meteen alle nodige documenten opgestuurd naar eSky. Vanaf dat ogenblik werd het een hel van berichten heen en weer. Om het verhaal kort te maken weigert eSky het ticket, dat bijna € 500 kostte, terug te betalen. Ook al is het binnen de modaliteiten van hun verzekering. Het geschil werd doorgestuurd naar Qatar Airways, die trouwens aan de basis liggen van dit hele verhaal. eSky beweert dat Qatar instaat voor de terugbetaling. Qatar maakt eSky woordelijk uit voor een bende leugenaars en oplichters. Ik heb het volledige verhaal doorgestuurd naar de Dienst Geschillencommissie van de Vlaamse Overheid. Indien gewenst kan ik u een kopie doorsturen van deze mail. Daarin vindt u alle details en het volledige verhaal. De Geschillencommissie heeft me doorverwezen naar u. Graag had ik geweten of u me kon helpen dit verder te nemen. Ik ben niet van plan het hier bij te laten. De klantenservice die eSky biedt is ronduit crimineel te noemen Alvast bedankt Stefan Goffart

Please see the copy of the e-mail in the attachment again.We would like to explain that according to the regulations of your ticket in case of voluntary cancellation the airline charges penalty fee, which feein your case is higher than the ticket value.In this situation our agency cannot process refund.However, we would like to remind you, that you purchased an AXATrip Cancellation All Risk insurance. The insurance conditions were included in the electronic ticket.You can check if the reason for the resignation is included in the presented conditions .If you want to use the insurance to request full refund, you should contact the AXA insurer directly. As I told you before : Qatar Airways replied me a few times that you sold me the ticket and so it is you who will have to refund me. When I told them you told me that they told you to tell me I should go directly to you, they said you are lying. They said the ticket is not sold by them, but by you and so you will have to refund me. As long as you refuse to help me I will continue going as I am. I am entitled to a refund and I intend to have it. Your company is a disgrace and as long as you don’t help me, the world will know it. And, looking at the other reviews, I can tell I am far from the only unhappy customer of yours with this kind of problem

As I already told you Qatar Airways called you liars. They told me you are the one who should refund me and I have no business with them cuz I bought the ticket with you. So I will keep on giving you the reviews you deserve for the service you “offer”.According to most other reviews I read about your company, this will not surprise you. The customer service you have is absolutely the worst ever for sure. If you sell me a plane ticket, no matter which airway company, you are responsible for the customer service that comes with it. Therefor it is you who will have to find a way to refund me. It is you who will have to contact Qatar Airways or whatever insurance company you work with. So I suggest you start working on it and do what you are supposed to do to give me the refund I am entitled to
