Dear,On the 24th i sold my shoes on your webshop. And i sent the shoes within the required date, and i also used the shipping label that was giving to me by StockX.According to the track&trace of UPS my parcel had arrived for authentication on the 1st of December 2022, and was received by KUSTERS.I first contacted your costumer service on 2/12, to know the reason why track&trace on stockx is still saying “on the way to stockx” while ups track&trace says arrived at stockx.I received a reply from your costumer service the same day and they said this could be due to the large amount of orders. So i waited to about 8 days and i replied the last mail, showing my frustration. You replied my a few days later explaining u had contacted the verification team but it could take up to 2 days for a reply and u would contact me back when u get a reply. I replied the message on the 12 and 13th but there was no reply. I waited until the 20th of December 2022 for a reply but I didn’t receive any. So I started a new conversation on your platform on stockx. I explained the whole situation again, i received a reply on 26/12 you asked for a shipping receipt which wasn’t really relevant because the shipping label i used cam for stockx, u can see when i delivered the package to stockx and all other information through track&trace. But I replied the message immediately and i sent a screenshot of the track&trace information of delivery, but i still haven’t received a reply. It’s had been a month. And this issue caused me financial difficulties. You promised an authentication process of maximum 7 days but yet I haven’t received a payout. I did all you ask but yet I haven’t received a payout of a proper information of what’s going on. I need you to pay me my money.
