Probleem herstelling/terugbetaling

Beste,In januari 2021 kocht ik een Haier wasmachine in solden voor mijn verhuis in mei. De machine heeft echter nauwelijks goed gewerkt, want heel vaak kwam er water uit de machine. Ik had een herstelling gevraagd half december en de monteur kwam langs. Meer dan 3 weken later kreeg ik telefoon met de melding dat het wisselstuk voor onbepaalde tijd niet beschikbaar was. Ik kon wachten of omruilen. Omruilen wou ik niet want de machine heeft een waarde van €800 en ik betaalde in solden €400. Later kreeg ik opnieuw telefoon dat het minstens 7 maanden zou duren dus er werd aangedrongen op een wissel. Ik wou echter geen wissel en kreeg toen een tegoedbon + compensatie van €50 aangeboden waarover ik eens mocht nadenken. Zo gezegd, zo gedaan en ik belde de dag erna om te zeggen dat de bon goed was. De man die ik toen sprak zei dat het om een bon van €50 en wissel of terugbetaling ging. Ik koos dus voor terugbetaling want ik kocht elders een toestel. Ik vroeg UITDRUKKELIJK of ze het machine zouden ophalen, maar dat was enkel het geval bij een omruiling. Ik kon het toestel dus meegeven bij levering van nieuw of zelf inleveren bij containerpark of dergelijke. Ik zou nog een mail krijgen om bankgegevens op te vragen. Ik gaf de wasmachine dus mee met een ijzermarchand. Vorige vrijdag kreeg ik telefoon met de melding dat het stuk beschikbaar was en dat de monteur zou langskomen. Nogmaals legde ik uit dat ik het toestel niet meer had, ik mocht dus mijn rekeningnr doorsturen naar gem@vandenborre.be. Nog geen 5 min na mijn mail kreeg ik opnieuw telefoon van dezelfde dame die toen arrogant zei dat hey logisch is dat het toestel opgehaald wordt voor terugbetaling. Ik was het toen grondig beu en eiste de verantwoordelijke te spreken. Mevrouw gaf niet toe en ik haakte in. Vrijdagavond las ik in mijn dossier dat ik 1 week tijd had om een omwisseling te doen?! Opnieuw belde ik naar de klantendienst en de dame toen (Nadia) verbond me toen doodleuk door met dienst leveringen om mijn levering te annuleren. Welke levering?! Gelukkig was de dame die ik toen sprak de eerste die mijn verhaal leek te begrijpen. Ze verzekerde mij dat ik niet moest opdraaien voor hun misverstanden en dat de terugbetaling zou doorgezet worden. Ze verzekerde mij dat niemand mij nog tegenstrijdige info zou geven. Tot vandaag ik een mail krijg van GEM met de vraag wanneer ze het toestel kunnen ophalen. Zonder ophaling geen terugbetaling. Tja dat had die man dan maar moeten duidelijk maken die zei dat ik zelf het defecte toestel moest kwijt zien te raken. Dit duur al meer dan anderhalve maand en ik wil mijn geld echt wel spoedig terug. Bedankt!

Beste,Na telefonisch contact met Dominique van de Consumentendienst bij Vandenborre op 28 januari werd er afgesproken dat ik op vrijdag 4 februari het geld op mijn rekening zou hebben. We zijn 7 februari en het tegoed ontbreekt nog steeds. Hoe lang moet dit nog duren?!
