Dear Grand Optical Customer Service Team,I have a complaint regarding the refusal to provide the glasses that I paid for in full as a result of an eye test experience that began on 24th March 2022 at Grand Optical (GO) Huidevettersstraat, Antwerp. My full complaint is in the attached document titled 'Prescription glasses issues'. I have also attached 4 other pdfs containing copies of documents that inform my claim.During my time dealing with the store I was made to feel utterly inadequate by the bullying and nasty comments from both the staff I was dealing with, and the manager whom I called for assistance to rectify the issue, especially with reference to my disability, but also with the incident in store, the prescription modification, and the resolution U-turn.
