Pakket verloren

BesteOp 29/12/2023 heb ik een claim ingediend voor een verloren pakket. Nadat ik telefonisch contact heb gehad. Het pakket wat ik verzonden had kon ik volgen tot in Barcelona en daar is het ineens van de radar verdwenen. Ik stuurde 2 pakketten gelijktijdig op vanuit België (beide 20 kg). 1 pakket is geleverd en 1 pakket is gewoon van de radar verdwenen. Een pakket van 20 kg dat zomaar verdwijnt, toch vreemd. Ik ben al sinds 29/12/23 constant aan het heen en weer mailen met ups. Dan vragen ze bijkomende foto's, dan vragen ze serienummers,..... en dan krijg ik weer een mail dat het onderzoek gesloten is en moet ik weer opnieuw een claim indienen. Sorry maar waar zijn jullie mee bezig...????? Het gaat hier over een pakket met een waarde van meer dan €1000!!!! Ik wil ZEER DRINGEND een oplossing!!!!!!!

HalloIk ben de verzender van het pakket. Ik ben de verzender en de ontvanger. Ik moest deze voorwerpen hebben in Spanje omdat ik daar een woning heb waar ik werken moest uitvoeren. Ik heb dus als verzender helemaal niets ontvangen. Kan u mij berichten wat er wanneer verstuurd zou zijn want ik weet helemaal van niks. Nicky
