Pakket niet geleverd

Beste,Ik heb een tablet en gsm besteld alibaba. Ik heb daarna ook nog eens douane kosten moeten betalen. Maar mijn pakketten zijn nooit aangekomen. Al vele malen contact gehad met UPS, maar zij weigeren om mee te werken. Alibaba blijft erop drukken dat ik met UPS moet communiceren. Maar dit lukt gewoon niet!Alvast dank
