Beste, Ik deed op 30/07 een bestelling met bestelnummer: 4074870. Deze bestelling is na meer dan vijf weken niet aangekomen. Jullie zouden contact opnemen met de leveringsdienst, maar ik krijg vervolgens geen informatie meer. Ik wil daarom een terugbetaling, maar ik krijg geen reactie via de klantendienst. Gelieve het bedrag van de factuur terug te storten.
