I have ordered 2 items with the order number : 1597114245They were supposed to arrive on the 6th of June, but they have failed to deliver it for the last two weeks even though I was at home all time both week.I have checked bol.com customer service for the last week while they consistently told me that the items were set to be delivered that day and now after 2 weeks bol.com is telling me to wait for 1 week more since they have started an investigation on the delivery and refuse to refund for the undelivered items - which is not my problem at all. I just want to get my money back and buy the items from another shop. bol.com has no right to reflect the delivery company's fault to the customer.
