Beste,Ik heb een paar weken terug, als verkoper, 2 jeansbroeken in een bundel , zoals ze het bij Vinted noemen , opgestuurd naar een klant . Het pakket was goed en stevig ingepakt en de klant liet mij een paar dagen later weten dat hij maar 1 jeansbroek gekregen heeft en liet het geld op Vinted blokkeren.Voor mij is het onmogelijk , want ik heb het zelf heel goed ingepakt, ik heb nooit problemen gehad met niemand en deze klant heeft mij ook nog goed genoteerd op zijn reviews. De klant zou vervolgens toch gezien hebben op het afhaalpunt van Mondial Relay dat het pakket beschadigd zou zijn geweest in geval van diefstal. Maar volgens Mondial Relay en mijn eerste correspondent van Vinted was het pakket helemaal niet beschadigd. Vinted heeft daarop meteen partij genomen voor de koper en vroeg mij mijn adres door te geven aan de klant om zogezegd de ene jeansbroek terug te kunnen sturen en zo al zijn geld terugbetaald te krijgen zonder enige compensatie voor mij noch verzekering tegen diefstal. Ik voel mij opgelicht , en zo is de deur wijd open voor iedere koper om meerdere artikels te bestellen in een buidelpakket en dan beweren dat hij niet alles gekregen heeft, zonder enige of valse bewijzen ,om teneinde niet alles of niets te moeten betalen.Na twintig mails te hebben geschreven en ontvangen , met beweringen dat ze de zaak grondig zullen onderzoeken , altijd verschillende personen die over elkaars berichten niet op de hoogte waren , tot een conclusie kwamen dat mijn pakket in het Engels Improper was. Dus beweren , zonder bewijs , dat het pakket niet goed genoeg was , vermoeden dat er iets gevallen of gestolen zou zijn, en dat allemaal zonder dat het pakket beschadigd werd gaat gewoon tegen de logica in , is een bewijs van slechte wil en is compleet belachelijk. Wie weet welk item en in welke staat de klant mij iets zal terugsturen? Ik heb 2 items gestuurd en ik zou graag daarvoor betaald willen worden.Ik heb alle correspondenties gehouden , zou u mij kunnen helpen om een goede regeling te vinden om deze zaak op te lossen?Dank uMet vriendelijke groetenS H

Hello ,I have send a few weeks ago on Vinted a bundle packet , as they called it on Vinted , meaning 1 parcel with different items , of 2 jeans trousers from the brand Balmain to a client.A couple of days later , at my great surprise and disbelief , I received a message from the buyer explaining he received only 1 jeans trouser instead of 2 and had asked Vinted to block the transaction. As a result , Vinted send me a message, taking a one sided position in favour of the buyer without any inquiry ,without taking this case seriously , trying to solve it one sided and easily , softly and falsely accusing me of dishonesty and softly threatening me if I continue this way they will block my account . They kindly asked me to provide my return address within 37 hours so that the buyer could send the parcel back to me and cancel the transaction without any compensation nor insurance for the loss or theft of the missing item , nothing at all , case closed.I responded by saying that this was the door wide open for every buyer to order a few items in 1 parcel , maintaining receiving only part of it, without real proof, and getting away with it paying less or worse , without paying anything at all. It s not the first time I send items on the site ,I sell famous brands and therefore I am probably more vulnerable for dishonest people , I received always good reviews , and it s ridiculous to think I would have send only 1 item instead of 2 ordered by the buyer , knowing in advance I would not be paid for it and that the transaction would be canceled.Vinted confirmed that Mondial Relay , responsible for the sending , confirmed equally that the parcel was not damaged nor open when collected and accepted by the buyer who didn't mention, neither to Mondial Relay neither to me , any problem whatsoever with the state and condition of the parcel and therefore not a word was spoken about any kind of compensation nor insurance for loss or theft.The parcel with 2 items was strongly wrapped with strong and large tape all around , much stronger than the parcels I receive from Amazon or DHL , not possible even for me to open it with my bare hands , only with strong scissors and not without strongly damaging and destroying the parcel.After more than 25 messages , with as many different persons , messages with sometimes absurd , illogical and prefabricated answers , disconnected from one another and despite all the factual proofs and of my goodwill , Vinted concluded after weeks that they have reasons to belief the parcel was not correctly packed and improper ,because of so called misleading or fake pictures the buyer send to Vinted , and that much after collecting the parcel at Mondial Relay , and asking me once again , while refusing to show me these pictures that makes the whole case very dubious and suspicious , to provide the return address , this time within 48 hours , so that the parcel could be send back to me and insisting if I fail to do that , I will lose everything .On what ground for Vinted to judge if a package is well or not packed correctly if it arrives untouched and everything ok with it. The real problem is the missing item , not the so called incorrectly packed parcel that serve as an excuse not to compensate . For me , it's not only a question about the lost money ,but about a question of principles.It s with a bad feeling of being ripped off , that I gave the return address as recommended by Vinted , I received the remaining item back in poor condition , not surprisingly ,the buyer had several weeks to wear it , with a strong smell of cigarettes , I had to put it straight in the wash machine . The funny part is ,while I was criticised and reproached for it , he has send me the parcel back , wrapped in exactly the same way I did , and with the same package I used for him.I can only conclude ,after Vinted argument of a parcel falsely incriminated of being not correctly packed that arrived not damaged nor open according to Mondial Relay ,refusal to show me the pictures send to Vinted by the buyer , that by this one sided decision in favour of the buyer , despite all the proofs against him and bringing to light his dishonesty , favorize , incite and encourage with unfortunately unconsciously a certain complicity of Vinted , fraud and misconduct on Vinted website and will damage Vinted reputation on the long run.I hope Vinted can reverse it's decision towards me and settle for compensation , I demand simultaneously an apology for the unfair treatment I had to endure, to end this dispute once and for all.Thank youBest regardsSerge
