Beste, Op 23/06/2025 maakte ik een boeking via Stayforlong met voucher 2322JQ en security code SFL-ECE1D59469, op naam van. De reservatie werd geannuleerd omdat het hotel volzet was. Stayforlong bevestigde dat ik het volledige bedrag zou terugkrijgen. Ik betaalde €2.208, maar ontving slechts €1.300. Ik mis dus nog €908. Ondanks herhaaldelijk mailen en bellen krijg ik steeds hetzelfde antwoord, zonder oplossing. Stayforlong beweert dat het resterende bedrag is teruggestort, maar mijn bank bevestigt dat er geen bijkomende terugbetaling zichtbaar is. Ik vraag Test-Aankoop om dit dossier op te volgen en Stayforlong te verplichten het resterende bedrag terug te betalen..

My problem is not ended yet again. Ive called i think more than 30,times to your call center ive send more than 20 mails with half of it ignored and not answered. Youre just trying to avoid me and dont pay the money that i own back to me. 4 months later still nothing!
