Onterechte late betalingstoeslag

BesteIk heb een pakket van UPS niet in ontvangst genomen waardoor ik ook geen import duties en taxes moet betalen. Dit werd bevestigd door UPS klantendienst op 21 augustus.17/09 - Ik krijg een eerste betalingstoeslag voor de belasting en import tax te betalen, terwijl ik het product nooit in ontvangst heb gehad. Het is automatisch geretourneerd via UPS en heb mijn geld van de verzender ook ontvangen. Dus ik word via de messenger klantendienst chat doorgestuurd naar befcr@ups.com. Geen antwoord, na enkele reminders..zelfs13/10 - Ik stuur nog eens in Facebook Messenger en krijg opeens een andere mail om te contacteren - CODbenelux@ups.com23/10- Ik stuur een reminder26/10- Eerste antwoord van UPS dat zij het niet kunnen oplossen en ik befcrflemish@ups.com moet contacteren.27/10 - Krijg ik een antwoord van befcrflemish@ups.com, issue wordt behandeld bij de juiste persoon.30/10 - Vragen ze opnieuw mijn account number, ik antwoord dezelfde dag nog..weer op een andere email (custvcbenl@ups.com)31/10 - Mijn case wordt terug voortgezet naar een andere afdeling.. en ik krijg een mail van arebarz@ups.com, die opnieuw mijn gegevens opvraagt om onderzoek te doen.02/11 - Ik krijg een mail van arebarz@ups.com Hi Team,Please assist in below case as it involves temporary account.The invoice 202300046947 remains open in our system.
