Return debit to the TID 15248900117812700 from 28.10.2025 - Order from 2025-10-09 on s:www.findepartner.com.
Please note that for the purposes of profile activation on the provider’s website, a profile owner must follow the corresponding link sent via e-mail. In this way, the dating service provider can ensure that the user is indeed the person who registered, activated the profile and provided all the required account information. The user himself must enter his personal data including their payment method, first name, surname and address, as without these details the subscription order cannot be placed.
To summarise, Mr. Jan F. voluntarily entered all the necessary personal information and explicitly agreed to the payment guidelines as well as the Terms and Conditions of the dating service provider. He was thus clearly aware that he was using a paid service and accordingly made his declaration with the legally binding will to enter into a payment obligation.
We hope our explanation has achieved sufficient clarity on the matter.
We have requested the official documents in relation to the claims and will provide you with them upon receipt.
