Through this letter I am once again trying to get my money back (as previously promised) for my missing items.
Your customer service promised several times to make the refund. This concerns 2 missing items with a total value of €547.98. (Arizona Birckenstocks, Versace Red Sunglasses and membership fee)
You were contacted several times and promised a refund. However, the next day it was blocked. From searches on the internet, this appears to be your standard solution.
I had to arrange this through my bank, in this case PayPal. They opened a dispute and you accepted the complaint. However, you refunded my returned items (total of € 767,98) and not the amount of the missing items.
The dispute has been closed for PayPal because they assume that I have my money back. However, this is not the case because the refund is the amount of my returned items.
I attach sufficient evidence in the appendix. I finally hope for a fair solution and help from your side.
