Geachte mevrouw/heer, Op 19/05/2024 heb ik bij jullie geboekt. Ik heb hier nooit een bevestiging voor ontvangen. Deze boeking is nooit doorgekomen. Ik heb ter plaatse in marokko in marokko opnieuw moeten betalen. Het gaat om accommodatie in barcelo Fes, in Fes, marokko. Mijn verblijf is van 30/07 tot en met 01/07. Op 27/05 liet u mij weten dat u mij ging terugbetalen. We zijn ondertussen 28/08. Ik wens dan ook mijn geld terug te krijgen. Ook heb ik recht op schadevergoeding voor al mijn oproepen naar het buitenland (Nederland). Dit kosstte mij zeker 20 euro. Ik vraag u daarom om binnen de 7 dagen het bedrag van 109 euro op mijn bankrekening te willen betalen. Met vriendelijke groet, Bijlagen: • Kopie betalingsbewijs • Kopie mail stayforlong
