Dear on date of 1/11/2023 I made a purchase of a product from this webshop from action,there was a very clearly stated special offer on the product in question, since every buyer could order a maximum of 1 article.The payment was made immediately and I have sent the receipt.After several e-mails with proof from their own general terms and conditions and requests for delivery, the seller refused to deliver the product.First the product was supposedly damaged. then the product was no longer in stock. The product is now back in stock.But they still don't want to deliver.my account was also blocked by the websitethis despite the fact that I have not received an item+ have lost my money. i just want to receive this item. this is my only demandno response to mails since the last 3 mails sent. i would urge you to deliver the item after this notice of default and official complaintKind regards Benne
