I am originally form Orange and i ahd problems with the technical service from orange, so i thought that telenet would be an alternative. So i called the telenet service friday and i told them that i urgently needed a wifi service home. They started the procedure and at a given point they told me that the sending of the hardware would take some 5 working days. I said that it was urgent for me and that i should have them the same day. Then i was redirected to a physical shop. I drove 30min to a store and told them that i already had an inscription and that i only needed the hardware. They told me that it was not possible and that they could only start a new procedure. Because i had no time, i said ok and they gave me all the hardwares ( 1 modem 2 pods 1 sim 1 data sim). At the end they could also not activate the system and asked me to call the call center for activation. I went home with the hardware and called the call center but they also could not activate the system. They asked me to check it 1 hour later. I called 1 hour later and again no service no wifi. The next dat, saturday it was still not activated. I tried to reach the whatsapp service and they also did not respond. Overall, i am very frustrated with the customare care of Telenet. I will cancel all my suscriptions.
