We are sorry to hear that the objects did not meet your expectations.
After checking the details, it appears that the sales of the objects 97122271 and 97126286 have already been canceled with a pending refund.
However, the sale of the object 97133008 remains.
We understand that you have reached an agreement with the seller to cancel the two first sales. But we did not receive any confirmation that the objects have been returned to the seller, which explains why the refund is still pending.
If your agreement of a cancellation is regarding all sales, we kindly ask you to communicate with the seller.
We also kindly invite you to communicate with our customer service using the email address of your catawiki account to facilitate the process.
In this case, the responsibility for the return shipping costs should be agreed upon directly between you and the seller, as Catawiki does not take part in this arrangement.
Once the object is sent to the seller, please share the tracking information with us. We’ll process your refund as soon as we’ve confirmed that the object has been received by the seller.
To facilitate the resolution of the issue, we have also contacted the seller to encourage him to help in solving the issue.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this situation.
Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout the process!
Kind Regards,
