Dear Flibco,This is what I have understood, after being in touch with your client service. However, my complaint remains. First, why isn't this clearly indicated? You are portraying the ticket pricing as being progressive, which is misleading. Secondly, how is it that I have NEVER had a ticket for less than 14,20 euro, even when the bus was quasi-empty? If you only sell 1 ticket for 5 euro and 2 for 10 euro, then its not much of a discount or a deal. Again, you are misleading consumers. I think your practices (or at least you system) are very questionable and need to change. Also, the reason why you can afford to this is because you have a monopoly on the service. However, this does not mean you can do whatever you want: there are laws against that.Best regards,T. Gijsenbergh
