Hello, I received an package with an item that's not as described and I ask to return the item. The seller give me a return ticket and I give the package to GLS Parcel Shop at Vilvoorde. There I received a receipt when I let the package.The problem is that GLS lost my package and they don't wanna refund and the seller (AliExpress) can't refund me because on the track and trace of the package says that the package is in transit (but isn't moving from 5weeks already) So nobody wanna refund and the package is lost somewhere in the GLS warehouse
