Beste, Ik heb in maart van vorig jaar een bestelling gedaan bij Cowboy nieuwe batterij voor mijn Cowboy fiets en 277,50 betaald. Na maanden wachten en veel beloven heb ik in september een terugbetaling gevraagd omdat men niet kon leveren na herhaaldelijke beloftes. Men ging mij binnen de 30dagen terugbetalen maar nog steeds geen storting gezien. Rekeningnummer doorgegeven aan Cowboy, maar het blijft sinds december 2025 volledig stil aan de overkant.
