Hello. I have issues with internet since 1 month ago. I spoke with Telenet, they sent a tehnician and he said that the issue is on Telenet box and another tehnician need to come. Nobody came and the issue persist. The internet keep disconecting several times per day. Each time I try to contact Telenet they say that I need to be patient. I am working from home and I need a stable connection which I dont have.

Hello.Same issue is happening. I was contacted and being told that they will call back in 1 hour which did not happen. Can you please fix my problem? It is more than 1 month with this issue. Is this how you treat your customers? I am very disapointed.
