Beste,Ik verwachtte een pakket van Duitsland dat geleverd had moeten worden door DPD op 15 juni bij familie omdat ikzelf op vakantie was.Het pakket is nooit aangekomen, de track & trace info zegt dat het pakket nog steeds onderweg is.De verzender heeft klacht neergelegd bij DPD, omdat volgens hen enkel de verzender dit kan doen, aangezien zij DPD betalen.DPD stuurde de verzender vervalste papieren met een valse handtekening die niet van ons is!Maar hierdoor kan de verzender ook niets meer doen!Ik heb DPD op verschillende manieren proberen te contacteren om dit door hen recht te laten zetten, maar ze zijn onbereikbaar!Verschillende emails, ingevulde contactformulieren en telefoontjes later: geen reactie op geen enkele manier en de telefoon wordt niet opgenomen!Ik sta op het punt naar de media, politie en de rechtbank te gaan!

No, the seller refused to go further for this. I don’t care who’s the customer for DPD.I as receiver, I have my right to get my package . And it’s big issue that DPD never delivered the package but dare to provide the seller the proof of delivery with a signature.This is identity fraud. This is between you DPD with me as recipient. I already spent enough time in this ! Contacting you ppl is like freaking difficult. I am just fed up !!!!!

hello Bonnita,I hope you can try to see the timeline, the package was shipped out from Germany on 12th, June. It says delivered on 15th, June( the delivery proof with a signature of DPD ).And now you are stating the package delivered on August 15th. Isn't it very absurd? The sender claims they file non-delivery case then disappears.As a recipient, I simply don’t know where goes wrong and who’s lying. The whole thing is just absurd.Your answer saying the package shows delivered on August 15th, my first thought is “ how can ?! A package from Germany to Belgium takes more than 2 months to arrive!!!” And yet I honestly don’t know how and why you can say so without giving any proof.It’s a huge disappointment for all what happens. Most sadly it’s with all the official proof from signed documents stating delivered, which very much contradictory with the DPD wedsite tracking info., you still insist there’s nothing you can do.Best,Ako

Dear Ako,Thank you for your response.I get that this must feel very frustrating and disappointing to you, I really do. So do my colleagues.When you expect a parcel to be delivered, its just pure logical you expect it to be delivered without any troubles along the road.First of all, Id like to set one thing straight.When looking at the complete lifecycle of your parcel and every communication that has happened here, I think my colleague Bonnita made a human mistake by telling you your parcel was delivered in August.The delivered-scan that our driver did happened on 15/06. Which is June.Ive checked the GPS-coordinates of the driver myself, and can confirm that he stopped and made that Delivered-scan at your address: Gilainstraat 93, Tienen. This address also matches the GPS-coordinates stated at the proof of delivery document. That means the driver was there.My guess is that one of your neighbours received the parcel that belongs to you. I can see its an appartement and there also seems to be a music store. Have you checked if your parcel is there?As my colleague said before, wed love to help you. We get how frustrating this must be for you.Unfortunately, the only way to get any solution or reimbursement is by contacting your sender.After all, you are customer of the sender and they have a contract with us. Legally: we can pay them if needed, and they can pay you, to say it simple. Legally, we cannot pay you directly.By providing the sender with a filled in and signed declaration of non-receipt, they have the power to start an official investigation with us and to provide you with a proper solution.You can find this document attached in this email. Please fill this in and deliver it to your sender if you havent done this already.I included a Dutch and an English version, you can choose which one you prefer to use.The proof of delivery is indeed signed.
