Starting in December, the monthly subscription fee is €11.98, as outlined in the confirmation email and the terms and conditions you agreed to upon registration. You can always review these details in your personal account on our website.
Regarding the welcome gift, you should have received the '50 gezonde recepten' guide.
In terms of the second payment, we understand your request, but as the payment follows the agreed terms, we unfortunately aren't able to offer a refund. However, we truly hope the clarification helps you better understand how the subscription works.
