I made a big mistake by not checking these reviews before deciding to let Servilux come over for them to try and fix our LG OLED TV. I believe everyone having a bad experience with Servilux/ LetMeRepair.TV doesn't easily turn on. We need to press the button like 50 times for it to suddenly turn on. Did our own research and seems it could be a problem with the power supply/ capacitor as sometimes it works to turn it on, sometimes not. When removing it from the plug, letting the tv be unplugged for a while, there was a big chance it works when plugging back in.They let us pay for the preparing work, for them to figure out the problem so they could come over to fix it. They let us pay for the transport. They let us pay for the few minutes it the technician used to replace the motherboard. They let us pay for motherboard itself. The motherboard is replaced, the tv turned on (as it was unplugged to work on it). The technician said to not turn it off cause it was doing an update, so it couldn't probably be tested. We paid. A few hours later when we wanted to restart the tv, the same problem. Nothing solved, but we did lose our money.Sent 3 email's, tried to call, no reply to anything. We are just being ignored. We got scammed by this company, I recommend no one to ever work with these people as they are out for your money and give zero service.I hope to be contacted soon so they can do something about this so my opinion/ experience/ review can be changed.
